The following kit sheds are complete kits from roller doors to gutters and down pipes, everything needed to pass building certification which includes engineering and compliance forms. These prices are for C2 wind rating which cover Region C under the building code of Australia. For region A and B prices visit TOTAL SHEDS
Our Engineering is a qualified structural engineer and is obligated by law to engineer all structures to meet the building requirements of the BCA cos of Australia. The building Code of Australia (BCA) is a uniform set of provisions for the design and construction of buildings and other structures throughout Australia. The BCA is produced and maintained by the Australian Building Code Board (ABCB) and given legal effect through the Building Act 1975.
